Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is; as well as for the energy sector in all sectors, ensuring a sustainable competitive advantage, which has an important place in the context of R & D and innovation concepts, sectoral and enterprise is to give a perspective taking dealt with. In this context we teach; - R & D in enterprises embodiments, - R & D unit to teach the methodology of their study, - Generating ideas / innovation to increase the level of knowledge about the process - R & D and innovation management, relationship with other business functions is intended to provide information.

Course Contents
This course to existing competition in the energy sector, the shape of the radical changes / change the innovative work of the renewable energy use with renewable energy research, development and innovation activities in the work aimed at students will be given; concept of R & D, innovation concept, idea generation and the development process in companies and R & D departments, the idea is a collection of tools, management of innovation, innovative leadership principles, national innovation system, R & D and innovation management concepts
