Objectives of the Course
The minimization of amount of energy consumed in order to ensure user comfort in buildings and energy costs can be accomplished with the correct judgments at the design stage. The aim of this course is gain skills to students for the design as energy-efficient systems with optimum performance according to ventilation, cooling and natural lighting, passive heating of buildings, Explanation of energy-efficiency methods for buildings and improving awareness on the environmental problems.
