Examination and preparation of biochemical buffers, protein purification techniques, protein determination methods and determination of protein concentrations, nucleic acid isolation methods and measurement of concentrations, characterization of proteins and nucleic acids by electrophoresis, methods of enzyme activity determination and calculations |
