1Biyokimya laboratuvarında sıklıkla kullanılan konsantrasyon birimleri ve çözelti türleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olur.
2Biyokimya laboratuvarında sıklıkla gerçekleştirilen deneysel yöntemlerin öncelik sırası hakkında fikir yürütme kabiliyetine sahip olur.
3Biyokimya laboratuvarında sıklıkla gerçekleştirilen deneysel yöntemler hakkında bilgi sahibi olur.
4Öğrenci, laboratuvarda izleyeceği bir deneysel yöntem hakkında literatür araştırması yaparak takip edeceği yöntem aşamalarını belirleyebilir ve sonuçları farklı şekillerde yorumlayabilir.

Examination and preparation of biochemical buffers, protein purification techniques, protein determination methods and determination of protein concentrations, nucleic acid isolation methods and measurement of concentrations, characterization of proteins and nucleic acids by electrophoresis, methods of enzyme activity determination and calculations
