2	Sosyal politika alanında ülkemizde ve dünyadaki gelişmeleri kavrayarak, bu alanda meydana gelen gelişmeleri ve yeni inisiyatifleri tartışabilecektir.
3	Sosyal politikada yaşanan gelişme ve sorunların etkilerini belirleyerek, bunları analiz edebilecek ve yorum yapacak düzeye ulaşacaktır.
