Objectives of the Course
To provide students with basic information about researches and practices in working life by considering the basic subjects and concepts of industrial and organizational psychology in the historical development process.

5Örgütte uygun olan motivasyon yöntemlerini tespit edebilir ve örgütte çalışanların memnuniyetlerini ve bağlılıklarını güçlendiren politikalar üretebilir

Course Contents
Industrial and Organizational Psychology recognizes and analyzes human behavior within the enterprise and recognizes the interaction of human behavior with other organizational variables. To understand how personality, attitudes, values, motivations, etc. about human beings emerge at the individual and organizational level during the working life, beginning from recruitment.
