Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is • recognition of pests and diseases negative affecting the life of honey bees • to teach control methods of disease and pest of honey bees • to give the students information about chemical and biological control methods

• General characteristics of pollinators • Common diseases, parasites and pests of honey bee larvae, pupae and adults • classification, biology, mechanisms of action of diseases and pests • Syndrome, methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases and pests • Taken to prevent the spread of pests and diseases in practical, technical, biological and legal measures.
