Objectives of the Course
• The aim of the course is to compare the different harmonic styles • to teach how to compare the harmonic systems which belong to the different music styles • to equip students with the knowledge and skils of harmony • to develop the ability of the students abaout classical and contemporary harmonies • To give students the opportunity to learn the other harmonic systems • To enable students develop the knowledge about harmonic analyze • To allow students become proficient in recognizing the style differences between classical and contemporary pieces. • To give the students basic information about harmonic analyze • To provide the basic knowledge about the other harmonic systems • To introduce the students with classical and contemporary styles
