To analyze and to understand the economic relations among the countries in the context of trade and labour flows and international monetary systems.

Understanding and analyzing the following issues: Foreign currency market analysis Exchange rates, arbitrage, speculation and convertibility Exchange rate theories(Purchasing power parity) Exchange rate theories(Portfolio theory) The relations between balance of payments and foreign currency markets Future markets Formation of national income in a closed economy Formation of national income in a closed economy Mechanisms for external balancing : Price mechanism Price- Gold Flow mechanism External balance with national price changes Interest rate changes and external balance Trade and economic development International economic issues
