• to teach definition and importance of irrigation systems • to give the students basic information about soil water content • to provide the basic knowledge about irrigation systems • to give students the opportunity to learn operation and management techniques of irrigation systems • to give the ability of the students to calculate irrigation uniformity and efficiency
