Objectives of the Course
• to teach student about the important of a cool season cereals in World and in Turkey • to equip students with the knowledge and skills of culture and breeding of cool season cereals • to develop the ability of the students to produce cool season cereals and breeding • to give students the opportunity to learn Wheat, Barley, Rye, Oats, Triticale • to enable students develop the information about cool season cereals taxonomy • to allow students become proficient in grains in a cool climate
