Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is • to teach methods of storage in the field crops • to give the students basic information about preventive measures losses and quality- quantity in storage

1	Tarla bitkilerinin kurutulması ve depolamaya hazırlanmasının temel ilkelerini öğrenir, ürün ile depo şartları arasındaki ilişkileri yorumlar
2	Tarla bitkileri muhafazasına uygun depo özelliklerini ve depolama koşullarını öğrenir ve bu bilgileri uygulama becerisi kazanır
3	Tarla bitkilerinin depolanmasında ortaya çıkacak nitelik ve nicelik kayıpları ve alınacak tedbir ve önlemler konusunda bilgi edinir
4	To learn the basic principles of drying and storage for preparation of field crops
5	Able to explain solutions and problems storing of field products
