Objectives of the Course
• to teach the basic plant analysis • to equip students with the knowledge and skills of techniques of laboratory • to develop the ability of the students to learn laboratory equipment • to give students the opportunity to prepare plant samples for analysis • to enable students develop the information about sources of error in the analysis • to allow students become proficient in protein analysis • to give the students basic information about measurement and weighing • to provide the basic knowledge about determination of volatile oil • to introduce the students with chemicals and chemical purity, the main standard chemicals
