Prokaryote and Eukaryote organisms, the implementation of the methods used and the insulation of the DNA, agaroz gel electrophoresis separation technique for isolated plasmids and DNA, DNA isolation from fungi, Mouse,plant and protozoan, Agarose structure, electrophoresis characteristics
