Objectives of the Course
Aimed that improving in vitro methods on determining chromosome structure and numbers of invertebrate, crustaceans and others live in marine and inland waters, slide preparation of their chromosomes, staining and banding this slides and investigating them, presenting some technics about karyotyping.

Learning Outcomes
1Learn the theoretical and practical knowledge about aquatic invertebrate’s, crustacean’s and other’s chromosomes
2Perform cytotaxonomically studies on aquatic organisms such as aquatic invertebrates, crustaceans for etc.
3Detect chromosome and remove karyotype as a helpful technique in being distinguished of aquatic species in systematic and taxonomic studies

Course Contents
This lecture consists of information on chromosome and their fragments of aquatic organisms, cytogenetic applications such as revealing numerical and structural mutations of chromosome, cytogenetic laboratory practices contended identifying their tissues used to determining chromosome of those organisms, slide preparations, staining- banding techniques, searching preparations on microscopy.
