Introducing microbiology laboratory rules, preparation bacterial nutrient media and sterilization techniques. aseptic transfers of microorganisms and culture methods, prevalence of microorganisms, determination on antimicrobial effects of various physical and chemical factorsexamination of microorganisms under microscope. selective and distinctive media and various biochemical enzyme activities of microorganisms, diagnostic of bacterial species, determining of bacterial growth curve, microbial analyses of various food, water and soil, relationship microorganism-host, growth and isolation of bacteriophages, genetic characterisation of microorganisms, serological methos for diagnosis in microorganisms
