The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge on history of different civilizations from earlier ages to modern ones.

Course Contents
Within the framework of the concepts of civilization and culture from the first person is addressed in human history to the present. In particular, Egypt, ancient Greek, Roman, Ottoman and the rise of Western civilization and values is discussed in a way that shed light on the present.
