Objectives of the Course |
The aim of this course is to give pre-service teachers an understanding of how to benefit from child-specific works in order to gain reading culture and pleasure in children. It will be emphasized how to use children's literature works in the development of language skills and what should be considered in choosing works. |

Scanning and promoting the sources about Children's Literature; selection and evaluation of books and other materials appropriate to children's levels; It aims to gain knowledge, skills and attitudes about the general features of Turkish and World Children's Literature, its historical development, general features and types of children's books. |
