Course Contents
The main specialties of oral language and oral communication. Oral expression; the main specialities ofspeach ability(natural language and body language); the main principles of nice speach; the main specialities of a lecturer (emphesis, expression, hesitation, diction?etc.). Prepared and unpreapared speach; the phases of the prepared speach (selection of the subject and limit; aim, deciding the main and flank toughts, plan, writing the text; and the speach). Types of the speach 1: (face to face speaches, conversation, introduction, answer the questions, celebration of christmas, birthday, bairam etc, radio and television speaches, telephone speaches, wanting a job, interview, joining different kinds of culturel and artificial programs as a lecturer etc?). Make unprepared speaches on different subjects, study on some kinds of unprepared speaches and oral expression activities and correct the language and expression falses.

4The importance of speaking skills, methods and techniques for developing speaking skills.
5The importance of diction, show with examples of some important issues in pronunciation of Turkish words.
6 Show with examples of speech errors and ways to correct them.
7 The importance of speaking skills in curricula, text reading studies, poetry reading techniques.

9Teaching stages of speech preparation for important days (preparation, controlling excitement, the planning of speech, the elements which an effective speech)
10Introduction with examples of types of conversation, (dialogue and interview), doing examples of classroom.
11 Introduction with examples of types of controversial speech, (discussion, debate, panel discussion), doing examples of classroom, quiz.
12 Evaluation with examples of language mistakes in the Visual and auditory media,finding solutions for Correction of these errors.
