Objectives of the Course |
Define interpersonal communication, to understand the communication models and essential ingredients, to understand effective listening and feedback skills, discuss the preventing factors of interpersonal communication, discuss the facilitation factors, explain the role of emotions in communication and solutions, to understand student-teacher-parents communication. |
