Course Contents
Basic concepts of education, education, relation with other sciences, and the functions (education, philosophical, social, legal, psychological, economic, and political foundations), the historical development of science education in the 21st century trends in educational sciences, educational science research methods, structure and properties of the Turkish National Education System the education system, the role of teacher, teaching profession, teacher education practices and developments in the field.
