The purpose of this course is to gain knowledge about the basic concepts of the training science, to give basic information on definitions, principles, goals and biomotor abilities

Course Contents
Definition of training; objectives, planning, principles, types and super kompezation theory. Energy metabolism in sports, loading methods and the basic biomotor abilities. Definition of basic properties of speed, endurance and strength training. Examples of training types, coordinative abilities, altitude training, overtraining, basics of olympic and annual training planning.
