Objectives of the Course
Students grasp concept of equation and can do operation. Students grasp first and second order equations with one and two unknowns and can solve equations. Students can do factoring, function and relations with examples. Concept and examples of binary operations . Students can draw the graph of first and second order functions with one variable. Students can grasp the knowledge of elementary plane geometry. They grasp the knowledge of basic space geometry (Cube, prism, cylinder, pyramid, cone, and sphere) and can do operation with them. Students grasp the concept of measure and units of basic measures (units of distance, area, volume, weight, time, and angle)

Learning Outcomes
1Grasp the concept of equation and do operations with them.
2Grasp the first and second order equations with one and two unknown and solving equations.
3Do simple factoring.
4Comprehend the concept of function and relations, and doing examples.
5Understand basic elements of plane geometry and basic geometrical concepts .
6Solve angles and problems related to these properties.
7Solve problems related to basic space geometry.
8Calculate the surface area of triangles, rectangles, parallel sides, trapezoid, and circle regular polygon, prism, the volume of prisms and cylinders.
