Objectives of the Course |
The purpose of this course is to introduce Turkish educational system from historical, structural and administrative processes from the basis of educational targets, structure and functioning. The course also provides students with the theoretical and practical processes of school administration. |

Fundamentals of Turkish educational history, fundamentals of Turkish intellectual educational system, general structure of Turkish educational system, laws related to education, organization and administration in Turkish education, administrative sciences and the concept of organization, theories of management, managerial processes and school management, administrative affairs in school management, teaching and learning processes at school, managing school as an organization, school and relations with the stakeholders. |
