Objectives of the Course
Teaching Ottoman Turkish, which was correspondence language of Ottoman Empire, to students. Teaching the concerned language provides access to main sources.

Course Contents
The presentation and the combination of the alphabet. After using simple sentences and words, the paragraphs about present are studied. The aim is to make the students to be able to read Ottoman paragraph with the Turkish used in 20. century.
