Objectives of the Course

To give information about purpose and coverage of Occupational Health and Safety Law with act no. 6331. To give basic information about mission,authority and responsibility for providing occupational health and safety at work. To teach basic information about rights and obligations of employer end employee at work. To ensure that students who may monitore and interpret the legal legislation about occupational health and safety.

Factors in occupational accidents, prevention measures. Occupational diseases. General framework of Occupational Safety legislation. Basic information about OHS obligations in labor legislation and social security legislation.
