To gain enough knowledge and practice in order to defend and protect related legal rights and interests and to avoid and overcome probable legal disputes and problems resulted from ship and maritime.

Course Contents
Divisions of Maritime Law and their subjects. Maritime public law, maritime administrative law. Related Administrative organizations and their duties and liabilities. Safety at sea for life and property. Custom affairs and transactions and financial obligations. Ship, registration of ship, flag, ship owner, captain. Maritime penal/criminal law, regulations regarding sea pollution international law of the sea, internal waters, territorial waters, contiguous zone, blockade, embargo. Maritime labour and social security law.
