Course Contents
Dry Cargoes. Inspection and preparation of holds, segregation and separation of cargoes, securing cargoes, ventilation and control of sweat, deck cargo, refrigerated cargo, container, cargo handling, cargo handling equipment, cargo handling safety, deep tank cargoes, dangerous, hazardous and harmful cargoes, oil tanker piping and pumping arrangements, tanker arrangements, cargo piping systems, cargo pumps, precautions before entering enclosed or contaminated spaces, tank cleaning, slope tanks, clean ballast, dirty ballast, tanker safety, stowage and stability, calculations, cargo calculations and cargo plan draught, trim and stability.
