Objectives of the Course
Human Resource Management course aims to inform students human resource planning, job analysis and design, human resources, selection, orientation and job placement, training and development, career planning, performance appraisal, compensation management, workforce motivation and satisfaction, improvements in the management of human resources, international human resource management and aims to inform students about the future of human resource management.
