The aim of the course is • to give the students basic information about the psychological demensions of work.

1Sosyal psikoloji ve diğer bilim dalları ile ilgisi hakkında bilgi sahibi olacaklardır.
2İnsan davranışları ile grup ve toplum davranışları arasındaki bağ açıklanabilecektir
3Çeşitli insan davranışlarının (saldırganlık, liderlik, önyargı vb) nedenleri açıklanabilecektir
4Motivasyon kuramları ve mobing kavramı açıklanabilecektir
5Örnek olaylardan üzerinden yorum yapabileceklerdir.
