Objectives of the Course

The main principles and rules of the administrative proceedings, the supervision mechanisms to which the administration is subject, the administrative courts, the length of the proceedings before the administrative judiciary, the classification of the courts to be applied at administrative courts according to the nature of the administrative proceedings, the duties and powers of these courts, , application of court decisions, principles of responsibility and teaching examples by showing ordinary and extraordinary ways of law before applying them

Administrative, legal and political supervision of the administration, the concept of the rule of law and the characteristics of the administrative judiciary, administrative judicial bodies, administrative and tax courts, regional administrative courts, Supreme Courts, Council of State, High Military Administrative Court, the results of the cancellation case, the effects of the cancellation decision, the full judicial cases, the preconditions, the officer and the competent court, the results of the full judicial proceedings, the administrative proceedings, the administrative proceedings, the administrative proceedings, the decision of the administrative courts, the ways of the law, the appeal, the appeal, the amendment of the decision and the adjudication of the judgment, the fulfillment of administrative judicial decisions
