Public administration is described with a state-oriented perspective. Types of state (unitary, federal, regional) are introduced through central administration and decentralization principles. Central administration and decentralization components of Republic of Turkey, a unitary state, are explained by their sub-constituent. The whole administrative system consisting of central administration (capital structuring), territorial administration, local administration and public establishments is presented.
