Objectives of the Course
The aims of the course are to teach the rules governing commercial activities and commercial business as a concept, in this context examine the general principles and theories of commercial law in detail, teach the principles and rules of the law of commercial enterprise and improve the problem solving ability of students by showing its applications.

1To have the ability to solve problems by interpreting the provisions regarding the law of commercial enterprise.
2To be able to use general principles and concepts and have apply them to concrete events.
3To have the information to comprehend, predict and resolve the problems arising in business relationships.
4To have the ability to understand and evaluate the concept of commercial enterprise and tarnsactions arising in connection with it.
5To have the ability to use the theoretical knowledge in pracitce regarding commercial business and its legal consequences, commercial statements, commercial lawsuit and the definitons of commercial enterprise and merchant.

8Trade register, registry operations, terms of registration and listing in trade register, trade name, company name, Definiton, protection, types and features of a trademark and legal claims in the case of its breach
