Objectives of the Course

The aims of the course are to teach the rules governing commercial activities and commercial business as a concept, in this context examine the general principles and theories of commercial law in detail, teach the principles and rules of the law of commercial enterprise and improve the problem solving ability of students by showing its applications.

5	To have the ability to use the theoretical knowledge in pracitce regarding commercial business and its legal consequences, commercial statements, commercial lawsuit and the definitons of commercial enterprise and merchant.
