Learning Outcomes
1They will have detailed information about the drugs used for local anesthesia and their pharmacology.
2Students will be informed about different anesthesia methods (general, local, sedation) that can be applied in dentistry interventions.
3Students will receive training on the management of complications that may be encountered during anesthesia.
4Students will learn about dental and oral pain management
5Basic life support management
6Learning of allergy and anaphylaxis treatment
7Learning of premedication management
8Learning of general anesthetic agents

Course Contents
Define the general anesthesia, recognizing the practice, learning the use of general anesthesia in dentistry, local anesthetic identification, learning and drugs used for anesthesia rejiyonal learning. Preparation before anesthesia, patient monitoring during anesthesia, anesthesia and the use of different drugs, and the complications that may occur during anesthesia administration, to inform about the treatment of pain.
