Objectives of the Course

Oral, maxillofacial structures and surrounding tissue’s diseases’ diagnosis and treatment , sterilization and disinfection, surgical instruments. Students in these areas as clinical and theoretical education

1	Knowing the basic concepts( as sterilization and disinfection) and to reflect clinical condition.
2	Knowing the basic surgical procedures(tooth extraction, incision, suturing principles) to reflect clinical practice
3	Analyzing Effects of maxillofacial trauma and surgical or other method’s of treatment
4	To identify diagnosis and treatment through clinical and radiological findings cysts, oral tumors and other neoplasms of oral and adjacent tissue .
5	To recognize the lesions in the oral cavity, and to identify characteristics of lesions.
