Objectives of the Course
During the course practical applications are made such as physical examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients in outpatient clinic and treatment planning and application of patients in inpatient clinic with the supervision of academic staff and accompaniment of resident physicians.

Learning Outcomes
1Define the surgical diseases of respiratory system, gastrointestinal system and genitourinary system in children.
2Classify the etiology of abdominal pain and acute abdomen, interpret the diagnosis and treatmen of acute abdomen in children
3Interpret the management of trauma in children and define the indications of emergency surgical intervention in trauma patient.
4Define the diagnosis and treatment of mediastinal, thoracic and intraabdominal masses in children.
5Define the etiology and treatment of fluid-electrolyte disturbances in children.
