Definition and classification of food additives, ingredients, some abbreviations related with food additives, antioxidans, acidity regulators, emulsifiers, gums, preservatives, flavors and flavor enhancers, colorants, chelating agents, sweetenets, anti-caking agents, flour treatment agents and the others.
