Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course, is to teach to students learning the preparation of different materials for the analysis, learning and applying the different techniques in laboratory work, calculating the results of the analysis, interpreting it and writing report.

1Students learn the rules to be observed in the laboratory and used in laboratory glassware and various tools and equipments recognize.
2Students learn the basic procedures used during sample preparation in the laboratory

The chemicals used in the laboratory , materials, equipment and devices General laboratory procedures and separation techniques, weighing, titration technique Heating and cooling equipment, mixing , rinsing and transfer techniques Precipitation, crystallization techniques Centrifugation techniques Filtration, Combustion ( Ash acquisition) techniques General evaluation and Midterm exam Drying techniques Evaporation and distillation techniques Sublimated , Extraction techniques Taking samples , storage, analysis and preparation of samples, expression of analysis results The preparation of solutions and the solution , the solution concentration on expressions, empirical solutions, solutions that are represented by volume ratio, percent (%),Solving of example problemls Shown solutions with ppt, ppm , ppb, solution of Molar, Molal and Formal, Indicators , the preparation of standard solutions , and Solution of the sample questions Physical analysis methods (Dansimetrik , Refractometric, polarimetric , spectrophotometric, chromatographic , electrophoretic , Electrochemical methods) Final exam
Course Contents
Introduction to the sources (books and journals) on laboratory techniques and contents of the lecture, the basic principles of laboratory work, first aid, method selection, error sources and minimizing them in the analyses.
