Objectives of the Course |
The aim of the course is
• to teach conceptual and practical information on importance
• to equip students with the knowledge and skills of uses of warm season cereals
• to develop the ability of the students to plant characteristics of maize, rice and millets
• to give students the opportunity to climate and soil requirements of summer cereals
• to enable students develop cultivation techniques of summer cereals
• to give the students basic information about diseases and pests of summer cereals
• to provide the basic knowledge about harvest and post-harvest processes of summer cereals
