Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is • to give students importance of vegetable oils and oil seed crops • to teach morphology and production techniques of important oil seed crops cultivated • to give the students basic information about oil seed crops breeding • to provide the basic knowledge about vegetable oils and processing of oil seeds

1Önemli yağ bitkilerinin morfolojisi, yetiştirilmesi ve ıslahı konularında yeterli düzeyde teorik ve uygulamalı bilgi birikimine sahip olur
2Bitkisel yağlar ve yağlı tohum işleme teknolojisi hakkında bilgilidir
3Yağlı tohumlu bitki yetiştiriciliğinde verimli ve kaliteli bir üretim planlaması yapabilir, üretimdeki sorunları belirleyebilir ve bunlara yönelik çözümleri geliştirerek uygulayabilir
4To have the knowledge and skills morphology, production techniques and breeding of oil seed crops
5Able to set out production problems and develop and apply solutions for these problems
6Able to make production planning for high yield and quality in oil seed crops cultivation
