| The content of this course is description of financial management, time value of money, financial analysis, financial planning and control, short-term sources of funding, the medium-term sources of funding, long-term sources of funds, cost of capital and optimal capital structure, dividend policy, working capital management, cash management and cash equivalents, receivables, and inventory management, capital budgeting, money and capital market (tools, institutions), the valuation of stocks and bonds. |
