| The purpose of this course students ; the financial structure of local governments revenues, expenses, forms of government, with local authorities of the Central Administration of public services is to provide information about the shapes of the income distribution. |

| Course content the asset structure of the local administrations, service delivery, sources of income, administrative and financial structures, institutions and local government approaches to disclose the existence of, and forms of financial relations between the administration, local government efficiency, services for the division of criteria, the main tasks of local authorities, administrations that affect the distribution of income between the criteria and application forms, financing sources of local governments, the finances of local governments in Turkey will be examined. Participation in local government subject to be processed. Describes examples in the world of local government. |
