Objectives of the Course

Ticaret Hukuku. Ticari faaliyetleri konu alan hukuk dalıdır. Ticari faaliyetlerle ilgili olarak üretimle tüketim arasındaki sürece konu olurken diğer yandan da üretimin ve tüketimin kendisini de konu alır. Bu derste ticaret hukuk alanındaki öğrencilere eğitim yaptırmak, bu yolda bilgi ve becerilerini arttırmaktır.
