Objectives of the Course
Local Governments (local governments) reviews the theoretical level of education to perform a grasp of basic concepts, definitions, has handled the process of the emergence of local governments, the objectives, principles, organs and describe and analyze the basic problems.

1In order to meet the needs of local government entities and joint powers, duties, responsibilities, and their importance to have a detailed information about the checks.
2To analyze the reforms and issues related to local governments.
3Presentations by local governments for services, service delivery methods, financing, supplying and use of resources to gain awareness about issues and responsibilities to local voters.
4Strengthening of local governments, local autonomies, unitary structure, confederal states and to analyze political orientations.
5Decentralized management with centralized management to get information about the benefits and drawbacks.
