1SERVER OPERATING SYSTEM; server operating system types, the current Windows server operating systems: Standard, Enterprise, Data Center, Web Edition. The standard installation of the server operating system. Product license and activation.
2MANAGEMENT of SERVER OPERATING SYSTEM, server system management services, operations, monitoring events, administrative tasks, policies, procedures, automation. Supporting and working with remote access services
3FILE SYSTEM; physical drives, removable plug in the system is running (Hot Plug) discs, discs segmentation. File systems. FAT, NTFS, driver errors, disk management tools. Chkdisk, Scandisk. Defrag, CLUSTER SYSTEM DISK (RAID), purpose of use of RAID, the RAID types. RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 10, RAID features .. RAID cards, a RAID failure and problems are common.
4FILE AND DIRECTORY MANAGEMENT; Server operating system, file structure, file naming conventions, the MS-DOS file naming, file attributes, file and directory operations, examininig properties. View, select, copy, move, paste, intended use of floppy disks, use the system recovery disk
