Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to teach students poultry farming such as the turkey, duck, goose, also poultry farming.

1Knows the production and consumption of poultry products and poultry situation in Turkey.
2İnformation about embryo development, acquisition and storage of hatching eggs.
3Enables equipment used in poultry and breeding systems,.
4Knowledgeable about broiler rearing systems.
5Part of broiler production, evaluation, information about the quality of chicken meat.
6Has information on laying hens breeding systems.
7Knows maintenance of breeding chickens.
8Tavuğun dış yapısı, tavuklarda büyüme, sindirim, sinir, boşaltım, iç salgı, solunum, dolaşım ve üreme sistemlerini tanır.
