1	Functions of computer hardware components. Folder, file concepts. Keyboard keys and functions.
2	Windows 7 operating system. Desktop objects presentation, task bar, start menu and use the commands, control panel items, window concept.
3	Right key functions. Create a folder, creating shortcuts for formatting, file copy, delete, cut, paste operations. Using the Paint program.
4	Definition and development of the Internet. Internet access roads. Use of electronic mail. Sending and receiving mail. Through the use of Web search engines. Receive the data via FTP. Download Web pages, making information retrieval.
5	MS-WORD (using tabs, creating a new document, open an existing document, page layout, printing a document, save as documents.)
6	MS-WORD (undo, redo, cut, copy, paste, right-align, left align, center, justify both the use of commands.)
7	MS-WORD (header, footer insertion, paragraph settings, pictures, SmartArt graphics, and add, add page numbers.)
