1şletme yönetimine temel oluşturan diğer disiplinler ile (ekonomi, sosyoloji, psikoloji, sayısal bilimler vb.) ilişkili temel bilgilere sahip olacak ve işletme alanında bu bilgilerden yararlanabilecektir.
2Tanımlanmış bir hedef doğrultusunda işletme işlevleri ile ilgili bir süreci her aşamasında tasarlamayı becerebilecektir.
3İşletme alanında kazanılan teorik ve pratik bilgi ve becerileri araştırma, uygulama ve saha analizlerinde nasıl kullanıldığını belirleyebilecek ve uygulayabilecektir
4Mesleki ve etik sorumluluk bilinci kazanacaktır.
5Students will get to know the strategic importance of HRM in managing a company
6Students will be able to prepare simple Human Resource planning
7Students will be able to make judgements about how to select employees and how to conduct interviews.
