1 | şletme yönetimine temel oluşturan diğer disiplinler ile (ekonomi, sosyoloji, psikoloji, sayısal bilimler vb.) ilişkili temel bilgilere sahip olacak ve işletme alanında bu bilgilerden yararlanabilecektir. | 2 | Tanımlanmış bir hedef doğrultusunda işletme işlevleri ile ilgili bir süreci her aşamasında tasarlamayı becerebilecektir. | 3 | İşletme alanında kazanılan teorik ve pratik bilgi ve becerileri araştırma, uygulama ve saha analizlerinde nasıl kullanıldığını belirleyebilecek ve uygulayabilecektir | 4 | Mesleki ve etik sorumluluk bilinci kazanacaktır. | 5 | Students will get to know the strategic importance of HRM in managing a company | 6 | Students will be able to prepare simple Human Resource planning | 7 | Students will be able to make judgements about how to select employees and how to conduct interviews. | 8 | Students will have a general idea about how labor relations are carried out. |
