Objectives of the Course
In this course students will gain a conceptual and empirical understanding of the structure and function of human behavior in organizations . Efficiency and behavioral effects as well as affecting organizational effectiveness and adequacy of the theory associated with the role of professional managers , concepts , terminology and skills will be examined. Topics to be covered include perception , motivation , decision making, communication, leadership, organizational design, and is located in the business and group behaviors. Organizational power, politics , situated under the roof of change and development course , among other topics .
