Objectives of the Course
Upon successful completion of this course, students will understand the basic issues related to management and organization and infrastructure information in order to identify high-level concepts; planning, management functions such as organization, classical, neo-classical and modern theories and approaches are intended to provide information on administrative processes such as leadership and motivation.

Course Contents
Management and leadership concepts, historical development of management concepts, classical, neo-classical, modern and post-modern management theory, organizational theory, organizational types, communication, cases concepts such as management techniques constitute the content of the course.
